New User Workshop
The New User Workshop is a 4-hour workshop designed for individuals and offices who are either implementing Terra Dotta software or are new to an office using Terra Dotta software.
Date: Saturday, May 23rd
Time: 1:00 - 5:00pm
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn the building blocks of the software
- Gain an understanding of the available features
- Become accustomed to common TD vocabulary
- Network with other users who are also new to the software
- Site development
- Application deployment
- Program catalog basics
- Application phase process
- Basic administrative tools
- Generating reports and notifications
- Effectively facilitating work flow
