  You've got questions, we've got answers! Ask a Dottan any questions you have regarding your institution and implementing your process into TDS.
   
  Accessing Your Data: Queries and Reports
  Terra Dotta software includes robust query and reporting functionality. An understanding of how to use the query and reporting tools is key to unlocking the full power of TDS. This session will focus on the Simple Search and Advanced Search as well as Reporting and Batch Processing tools. Users will come away with an understanding of how to access and utilize these powerful features.
   
  Act Naturally: Clery Act Compliance and Incident Reporting
  Providing a standard of support for institutional travelers, both administrators and students, has become an inherent part of the legal responsibilities for institutions in the age of global initiatives and strategic partnerships. Political unrest, natural disasters, and individual emergencies are realities that can increase an institution’s exposure to liability. In this session, learn how to utilize Terra Dotta software to improve your ability to collect quick feedback from travelers, categorize the information and structure responses to all types of situations that may arise for travelers.
   
  Keeping up with the Jones': Things to Consider When Establishing Your Travel Registry's Public Website
  Making sure your travel registry is easy to find and use is as important as creating one in the first place.  In this session, we will review standard TDS functionality available for making your travel registry accessible to your target audience.  We will also look at example sites to gather design ideas for the public facing webpages of your registry.
   
  Planning for Posses: A Look at Group Travel
  Who at your institution is traveling and how can you effectively manage this in Terra Dotta software? This session will cover options for tracking group travel and making sure that the right people are informed.
   
  Risk in Real Life: Managing Emergencies and Incidents in Terra Dotta Software
  When a crisis occurs, every moment counts. This session will discuss the tools to use when it is time to act. We will talk through the locator search, map search, and strategies for contacting and accounting for travelers.
   
  Starter Kit: Query and Report Examples
  This session is an extension of the 'Accessing your Data: Queries and Reports' session and will be packed full of example queries and reports that every risk management office needs to help manage your traveler data. We will also spend some time reviewing advanced Excel functions to further analyze your data once exported out of the software.
   
  Staying on Top of Your Duties: Administrative Tasks and Workflow
  Why be reactive when you can be proactive? When managing an international crisis or an incident abroad it's important to know who should be working with whom and what everyone's roles are. By creating tasks and workflows everyone stays involved and informed. This session will outline how to create tasks and workflows, but more importantly we'll discuss who should be included in those workflows.
   
  Still Herding those Darn Cats: Developing Your Travel Registry Using Terra Dotta Software
  As an introduction to travel registrations, we’ll take a look at why an administrator should create a travel registry, how simple the process can be for both admin and registrants, and what can do be done with the information collected. By looking at different program types and building out a simple registration program, attendees will understand the basic and foundational aspects of developing a travel registry.
   
  Terra Dotta Support at Your Fingertips
  Do you know where to go for help with Terra Dotta software?  In this session, we’ll look at what Terra Dotta Support offers to ensure you’re making the most of your resources and software. We will walk through the Terra Dotta Support Portal together, reviewing how to search the Knowledgebase for answers, submit cases, find upcoming webinars, and connect with other users in the community.  You’ll learn about Professional Services offered by Terra Dotta such as the Administrator Service, Tune-Up Service, Onsite Training and One-Week Workshop.  Whether you need simple answers or special attention on a custom project, know your options with Terra Dotta Support and Services.
   
  Twist It, Bop It, Pull It...Reduce It? Managing Risk and Liability with Pre-Departure Orientation
  Learn how to use learning content and assessments to create an online orientation. From requiring users to read and acknowledge material to quizzing them on the material's content, this session will show you how to manage your orientation virtually. This session will also explore health and safety related content from the Terra Dotta Community Library that are ready to go and available to use at no extra cost.
   
  Tying It All Together: How Integrations Impact Your Use of Terra Dotta Software
  Integrating your campus data systems with Terra Dotta software enables you to have a richer, more accurate, representation of your student and faculty body. Learn the nuances of data integrations, applicant parameter refreshes, HR integrations, and what to do in the event that things go wrong.  
   
  Where in the World is Carmen San Diego and How Long Will She Be There?
  A database is only as good as the information it contains. It's important that an administrator feels confident about the data they are retrieving, no matter the situation. This session will focus on how to create itineraries and app cycles and why they are important.
   
  Who's in Charge?: Travel Approval System Management
  Learn how to create and maintain a travel approval system in Terra Dotta software. This session will also explore options for creating an approval process using tools like Workflow and the Reviewer functionality.
   
  Working Together with Control: Using Fine-Grained Permissions in Terra Dotta Software
  Who needs what? Learn how to grant access and limit permissions to your Terra Dotta system. This session will review common permission structures, as well as, new and unique features such as proxy registrations and principal/dependent applications.
