| Starter Kit: Query and Report Examples | |
| This session is an extension of the 'Accessing your Data: Queries and Reports' session and will be packed full of example queries and reports that every risk management office needs to help manage your traveler data. We will also spend some time reviewing advanced Excel functions to further analyze your data once exported out of the software. | |
| Staying on Top of Your Duties: Administrative Tasks and Workflow | |
| Why be reactive when you can be proactive? When managing an international crisis or an incident abroad it's important to know who should be working with whom and what everyone's roles are. By creating tasks and workflows everyone stays involved and informed. This session will outline how to create tasks and workflows, but more importantly we'll discuss who should be included in those workflows. | |

| As an introduction to travel registrations, we’ll take a look at why an administrator should create a travel registry, how simple the process can be for both admin and registrants, and what can do be done with the information collected.
