New User Workshop

The New User Workshop is a 4-hour workshop designed for individuals and offices who are either
implementing Terra Dotta software or are new to an office using Terra Dotta software.

Date:  Monday, January 11th
Time:  1:00 - 5:00pm
Room:  Harris Room

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn the building blocks of the software
• Gain an understanding of the available features
• Become accustomed to common TD vocabulary
• Network with other users who are also new to the software
   

The first half of the workshop will focus on:

• Site development
• Application deployment
• Program catalog basics
• Application phase process
   

The second half of the workshop will focus on:

• Basic administrative tools
• Generating reports and notifications
• Effectively facilitating work flow
