Virtual Workshop for Study Abroad: Program Wizard Brochures
The Program Wizard Virtual Workshop is a 2-week, online program designed for clients who have a TDS license for study abroad, already have a basic understanding of program building in TDS, and who are interested in modernizing the look and feel of all their non-Directory program brochures through utilization of the Program Wizard.
This virtual workshop will offer clients training and coaching in a personalized setting, utilizing a mixture of demonstration, practice exercises, hands-on development, individual meetings, and group work.
During the 2-weeks, participants should plan to spend an average of 1 hour per day in training/meeting/working sessions (some days as low as 30 minutes, other days up to 2 hours), plus an additional couple of hours per day outside of the structured sessions in order to accomplish the main goal of the workshop, which is to convert all non-Directory program brochures. Clients who commit to devoting additional hours will have greater outcomes at the completion of the workshop.
Workshop Outcomes
- Confidence in building and editing Program Wizard templates, building new programs with the Program Wizard, and brochure migration from the classic program builder to Program Wizard
- At least one fully developed, sustainable Program Wizard template (possibly more!)
- All of your non-Directory program brochures migrated to Program Wizard - speed of progress depends on time commitment of the participant, complexity of brochure design, and volume of programs to be migrated. In order to accomplish this key outcome, it is expected that participants will dedicate the necessary time to completing the migration of all their non-Directory brochures before the August 12 check in meeting (or sooner).
- A cohort of other Terra Dotta clients invested in the Program Wizard feature for continued collaboration after the workshop

Need help migrating your brochures?
If you're concerned that you don't have the staff time to complete this summer project, consider the Brochure Migration service and have an experienced Terra Dotta Administrator convert your program brochures for you! The recommended approach is for someone from the institution to attend the Program Wizard Brochure Workshop to learn about program wizard and design a template. Then have a Terra Dotta Administrator do the grunt work for you to transfer all of your program brochures to the new look. The cost is $1,500 per 100 brochures (price assumes a template has already been designed). Please open a support case if you're interested in learning more about this service.

Cancellations
A 50% refund is available for the program wizard registration provided written notification is submitted to conference@terradotta.com on or before June 12, 2020. You also have the option to transfer your full program wizard registration to another attendee. No refunds will be made after June 12, 2020.
