New User Workshop

The New User Workshop is a 4-hour workshop designed for individuals and offices who are either implementing Terra Dotta software or are new to an office using Terra Dotta software.

Date: Saturday, May 28th
Time: 1:00 - 5:00pm

In this workshop, you will:

Learn the building blocks of the software
Gain an understanding of the available features
Become accustomed to common TD vocabulary
Network with other users who are also new to the software

The first half of the workshop will focus on:

Site development
Application deployment
Program catalog basics
Application phase process

The second half of the workshop will focus on:

Basic administrative tools
Generating reports and notifications
Effectively facilitating work flow
